Get involved and start a team!
Information provide to get started creating a team. Downloads are individually separated in order to select only forms that are needed. The team packets consist of the TEAM Commitment-Volunteer Interest Form through the Team Building Instructions. The first three forms are information on the reason for the walk, what NAMI does, and event specifics.
